Exercises for Tendinitis and Carpal Tunnel

Almost every percussionist I know has run into this at some point. You practise a little longer than usual, or on a cold day, or you are getting ready for a concert and push a bit harder than you meant to. A few days later something in the wrist or the forearm starts to complain.

These stretches have saved my (music-) life many years ago. If you suffer from wrist pain when playing drums, give them a go. You will feel pretty quickly if they can help in your case.
