Percussionist and teacher

David has been playing and teaching hand percussion for more than twenty-five years. He studied with Glen Velez, Behnam Samani, Ramesh Shotham and Ustad Fayaz Khan, toured as a soloist with Dead Can Dance, and teaches frame drum, riq, cajon, darbuka, udu and handpan here at the World Percussion Academy.
